There are a lot things that can be done between WAC Server user sessions.
Alert Message
WAC Server users can send short messages to any other online user session. This type of message can show on destination user's screen at any time, no matter what application is running on the destination user's session.
Administrators can also broadcast messages to all user sessions on a server.
Session Watch
A WAC Server user can watch the screen of another session, if they've been authorized. The output of the watched session will appear on both the watched session and the watcher session. More than one watcher can watch a session at the same time.
Besides watching the screen, the watcher session can also choose to control or take over the keyboard of the watched session. When the keyboard is controlled, both the watched and the watcher sessions can operate the application in the watched session. When the keyboard is taken over, however, only the watcher session can operate, while the keyboard of the watched session will be disabled. There can be more than one sessions controlling or taking-over the keyboard at the same time.
Session watch features are very helpful if you want to monitor remote sessions, or perfom remote training or demonstrations.
Session Reconnect
Sometimes certain WAC Server user might have an unstable connection to WAC Server. If the connection is broken, the user can choose to keep the session alive for period of time, within this period, if the connection is re-established and the user logs back on, the session can be reconnected and user can resume the work before connection was broken.
