This agreement is made between Foxit Software Company of Sunnyvale, California, USA ("Foxit") and you, the person who makes use of Foxit Reader ("You").
You must agree all terms in this agreement in order to use Foxit Reader legally. If you don't agree all terms in the agreement, please don't use Foxit Reader, and delete all related files from your computer.
1. OWNERSHIP: Foxit Reader is fully owned by Foxit, this license agreement doesn't change the ownership.
2. LICENSE: Foxit grants You the license to use Foxit Reader, free of charge, if you accept all the conditions listed in this agreement. "Use" means loading the product to CPU, memory, and/or other storages of your computer.
3. CONDITIONS: To be licensed to use Foxit Reader, You must:
a) Not modify any part of Foxit Reader;
b) Agree to release Foxit from all liabilities caused directly or indirectly by using Foxit Reader;
c) Not control Foxit Reader from other application, except launching Foxit Reader;
4. EVALUATION USE: Some functions of Foxit Reader requires additional license to fully operate. If you use them without additional license, Foxit Reader may put evaluation marks onto your document when you use those functions and save the document. Foxit Reader will notify you when you use those functions for the first time. In order to use Foxit Reader, you must accept the consequences of any modification made by Foxit Reader when you save a document.
5. PDF FORM OPERATION: Foxit Reader allows you to fill out PDF forms and print them out. These basic features are free for both personal and non-personal usage. Moreover, Foxit Reader supports advanced form operations, such as saving filled-out forms and import/export forms. These advanced features are free for personal usage only. For non-personal usage, additional licenses need to be acquired in order to use such advanced features.
6. REDISTRIBUTION: You can not redistribute Foxit Reader under this agreement, please contact sales@foxitsoftware.com for information on our free redistribution agreement.
7. LIABILIY: Foxit's liability is limited to replacement or refund of only the virus-infected software downloaded from Foxit website.
